Cynicism, which is defined as the critical and insulting attitudes towards life, people institutions depending on negative experiences feelings of people, can be exhibited by employees in organizations. Cynicism consists individual organizational dimensions. Occupational cynicism a type expressed emotional fatigue, disregard for profession, thinking that profession overwhelming, not rewarding, worth effort, having perspective, attitude one's profession. It reflection these critically. Emotions, behaviors teachers their positively or negatively affect climate educational organizations they are in, therefore outcomes. In literature, there studies teachers. However, examining teachers' perceptions occupational seem to limited. Therefore, it said teachers’ opinions important. For this reason, purpose study examine The was designed with phenomenology, one qualitative research methods, maximum variation sampling method used determine group. group working public schools. data were obtained collecting semi-structured interview form. Descriptive analysis made. evaluated around four main themes. These cynicism, causes results precautions reduce cynicism.
